Why does alt. hold payment?

When a Poster hires a Tasker, payment is taken and held until the Poster releases it. This is so:

• Taskers can start work knowing funds are secured
• Posters only release when they're happy
• Support can help if a job becomes disputed

Always hire and get paid through alt. for that protection.
