3. Browse tasks or wait for alerts
4. Ask questions and Make an offer
5. If hired, complete the job and tap I'm done
6. Wait for the Poster to release payment
7. Receive payout to your bank (typically 2–5 business days)
8. Leave a review

Payment is held when the Poster hires you, so you can start knowing funds are secured.
