How does alt. work for Posters?

Here's the typical flow:

1. Post a task — describe what you need, when, where, and your budget.
2. Review questions and offers — Taskers may ask clarifying questions and submit priced offers.
3. Hire a Tasker — accept an offer and pay. We hold the payment securely until the job is done.
4. Coordinate in Messages — arrange details in the app after you're hired.
5. Tasker marks I'm done — when the work is finished.
6. Release payment — tap Pay them when you're happy (you can add an optional tip).
7. Leave a review — ratings help the community choose well next time.

Task statuses move through: Posted → Assigned → Completed → Released → Reviewed.
