What if something goes wrong with a task?
- Message the Tasker calmly with specifics
- Don't release payment if the work isn't complete or agreed
- If you're stuck, contact support with the task title and screenshots
Tasks can move to a Disputed state while issues are investigated. Held funds stay secured until there's a resolution.
